Acne

Acne is a common skin condition that happens when hair follicles under the skin become clogged. Oil and dead skin cells plug the pores, and outbreaks or pimples can be caused. More commonly these outbreaks occur on the face but can also appear on the back, chest, and shoulders. Pigmentation

Hyperpigmentation is caused by an increase in melanin. A number of factors can trigger an increase in melanin production, but the main ones are sun exposure, hormonal influences, age and skin injuries or inflammations. Melasma is believed to be caused by hormonal changes and may develop during pregnancy. Areas of hyperpigmentation may appear commonly over the cheeks, upper lip and nose. These patches get darker over time, giving your face a dull appearance. The treatment approach begins with starting a good sun protection regime and topical products. Additionally, for more resistant patches, peels and lasers are used.

Dark Circles

Dark circles under your eyes happen when the skin beneath both eyes appears hyperpigmented. Common causes of dark circles include improper sleep, lack of hydration, vitamin deficiencies, dry itchy skin, constant rubbing, stress, not removing makeup on time, and excessive sun exposure. Sometimes, what appear to be dark circles under your eyes may merely be shadows cast by puffy eyelids or hollows under your eyes that develop as a normal part of aging.

The under-eye pigmentation can be effectively tackled with under-eye creams and serums and oral anti-oxidants. Additionally, the certain procedures do help in cases which have resistant pigmentation or hollowing.

Skin Tags

Warts

Warts are a type of infection caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). It is a small, fleshy bump on the skin or mucous membrane. These are contagious and can be spread from one location on the body to another or from person to person by contact with the wart. These require immediate attention and removal. Creams may not always work in warts. Warts can be removed by a very simple and painless procedure either by laser or RF removal.

Fungal Infections

Fungal infections can affect anyone, and they can appear on several parts of the body. These typically appear as red, itchy rings on the body, or dark patches in the body folds. It is quite common due to the humid environment as well as excessive sweating. Fungal infections can be contagious. They can spread from one person to another. A careful examination is done to figure out the extent and severity of the infection. Patient is advised proper skin hygiene to prevent its spread along with oral and topical medications. This problem can be completely cured within 4-6 weeks of treatment.

Allergy & Eczema

Red, bumpy, itchy skin can be irritating, embarrassing and stressful. Rashes or skin allergies can be caused by many things, including exposure to certain plants, pollen, pet dander allergic reactions to a medication or a food. Rashes can also be caused by certain illnesses. Evaluation and finding out the trigger for the allergy is the main goal of treatment so as to prevent recurrent episodes. Patient is carefully assessed and evaluated, the triggering factor eliminated or treated to give a long-term relief.
